• DailyRig is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety practices of drivers, companies, or other users of the platform.
• All work arrangements, safety protocols, and employment relationships are solely between drivers and hiring companies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DailyRig and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By using the Website or Application, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any disputes arising under this Agreement.

Any disputes arising from your use of DailyRig shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
